About the event

Event Type: Official

This will be the first meditation class to be held in Agon Shu Buddhist Temple in Canada!

Course Description

In this course, you can learn and practice a variety of Buddhist meditation techniques guided by the Priest, contemplate the way of life and its issues, discover the Japanese spiritual foundation, and most importantly, meditate and discover your inner realm before the Sacred Buddhist Stupa with true Buddha's remains.

We hope to deliver opportunities for self-reflection, meditation, learning life lessons, facing life, and practicing mindsets that can bring you back to the original and optimal view and way of life as human beings with spirit and soul. Via this serene path, you may become a mindful, selfless, compassionate, grateful, responsible, and committed being and find happiness in the present moment while honouring the past and contributing to future collective well-being.
